Reformed Villains Make Good Wives
Clark Kent x Ex-villain reader
You groaned, “uhhh… if I knew becoming good would mean i’d have to do charity work, I would have stayed evil.” You hiss, holding up your trash picker-upper which looked to hold a dirty diaper and cringed in disgust.
Clark came up behind you and wrapped you in his arms. “Don’t forget you agreed to do charity work without the use of your magic, as comeuppance for your evil acts in the past. Batman wouldn’t have let you out of your cell if you hadn’t.” He reminded you.
You smirk before tossing the poopy diaper into your trash bag, “oh I think he would have, once he saw me and my reformed heart had won the heart of Superman.” You say, turning around so you could face your handsome husband. “But I am not the same evil woman I was a year ago, is this charity work still necessary?” You ask him. “Could I at least find a job that isn’t so demeaning, I could work at the soup kitchen, or better yet the orphanage?”
Clark smirks, “given your track record, I think a job where you don’t interact with anybody is better suited for you. Wouldn’t want you to slip back into bad habits and slip some poison into somebody’s soup.”
You sigh, “don’t tempt me, Superman.” You purr beckoning him closer with your voice. You may have given up your evil ways, but you were still a temptress… at least for your husband.
He smiled and looked down at your neon orange and yellow vest. “I never thought anyone could pull off neon orange but somehow baby, you’re makin’ it work.” He admits, starring unashamedly at your orange covered breasts.
“Don’t be a perv, supershit.”
He gasped, “supershit really…. That’s a low blow even for you.” He says, “and here I thought you changed.” He joked.
This time you are the one to gasp, “you are lucky I love you enough to have changed, Superman.” You hissed.
“By God you’re adorable, don’t make me blush, honey.” He says fanning himself adorkably.
You shake your head with a roll of your eyes, “I don’t know what evil me saw in you.” You mutter before leaning up to kiss his lips, “but, I’m glad she did.” You admit, eyes shining… not with the use of your magic, but with the shine of a woman in love.
Clark smiled, “even if you have to clean up trash on the side of the road for the foreseeable future?” He asked.
You smiled and nodded, “even then.”
