s14 elections: dale accidentally revoke beck whitney and she roams to the fridays; fridays accidentally (this was NOT planned i was there) plunder valentine games.
the fridays have just accidentally obtained the 3rd and 4th highest starred batters in the Entire league in the same election
so of course we were convinced they wouldnt stay for long and every single season we had them we thought that theyd be gone by the end of the next election, so we deliberately never tried to go for any blessings/wills on them
s16 reverb shuffles our lineup so they end up closer in the order (only separated by breadwinner)
s17 election breadwinner traded away, so now theyre next to each other in the lineup
somehow both val AND beck continue to be on our team until val gets vaulted at the end of s19 (beck stays w/ us until s22 elections)
like they r so important...... val and beck bonding over being two of the best batters in the league & showing up at the same time on a new team.... basically living on borrowed time and never being trusted that theyll stick around (and never trusting it themselves).... and just slowly getting closer as against all odds they manage to stay with the team through FOUR elections (four more than anyone ever expected)..... until val gets vaulted and beck loses them........ WAUGH
