A few weeks ago, I never thought that I would be able to run 10 miles all at once, but I did it this past Saturday and feel confident that I can do it again. Many people donโt realize that running is as much a mental sport as it is physical. We often underestimate our own potential and the strength of our body, especially when weโre tired. I never understood what the phraseย โmind over matterโ meant until I started focusing on my running and overall physical health. Our mind and body can handle a lot more than we give it credit for. Once you stop telling yourselfย โI canโtโ and replace it with โI canโ, youโll realize that you can accomplish so much more with a positive strength based mindset. Running with a friend (preferably your best one๐ค ) is the easiest way to get over the mental block and tell the voice inside your head that you are good enough and strong enough to go the extra mile.

i slept for 11 hours last night and my brain feels like scrambled eggs, good night๐ โ pancakes! 1/4c whole wheat flour ยฝ tbsp baking powder pinchy pinch of salt 1/4c non dairy milk ยฝ tbsp unsweetened applesauce ยฝ tsp vanilla cinnamon 1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar sprinkly of sugar
- stir batter until completely combined and allow the baking powder to do its thang for a bit while your pan is heating up, it should rise really nicely ๐ - spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. once the pan is hot pour batter into pan (~2 tbsp for each pancake or so whatever size u want basically) and cook until golden about 2-3 min - flip and cook a couple more min. transfer to plate. drown in pb or maple syrup or both. yum ๐ณ (at New Jersey) https://www.instagram.com/p/BvjTIZSA4y3/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1v25kscfqe0xd
