Kingdom Hearts Re:Roll

V0.3.3 of Re:Roll is out!

For anyone who doesn’t know, Re:Roll is an ongoing project to turn Kingdom Hearts into a full tabletop roleplaying game, staying as true to the original gameplay as possible. The game uses a d4 system to emulate both combat and roleplay within the KH world.

While this version of Re:Roll has a full changelog accompanying it, some major changes include:

Reshuffling of almost all Weapon Rank features, and addition of Ranks 4 and 5 on all weapons

Complete remake of Attack Types

Altered starting stats + AP gain from items

Tentative changes to Champions

It also now has the benefits of getting your name on a credits page, which has been added to the Re:Roll core rulebook!

One of the big announcements towards the end was that, assuming Kickstarting the final book for this game would put us in murky legal territory, from here on out, the Patreon stops being a tip jar and starts being a savings to pay someone to help format & do art for the final version.

Based on the amount I'm getting out of Patreon now, I'm putting it down as within the next two years having enough saved to do a basic version of the formatting, and an unknown period of time to get a complete version with properly paid for art.
