My holiday to the Isle Of Wight was great. We had so much fun (even though there was a lot of walking up hill) and it helped us get into a routine that we have carried on this week. Rosa’s favourite part was playing on the beach and making sandcastles.

I am posting today because I have weighed myself and I weigh 12st 12lbs. I am so happy because I cannot believe I am so close to being the weight I used to be. This time last year I weighed 15 Stone. I will put a picture below so you can see the difference.

Not Again…

This month has had its ups and downs (mainly downs), but, I have not been taking my medication again. I wanted it to be a new month, new start type thing and that hasn’t happened in the slightest. I have had half of my medication in total this month and it is not good at all.

Rosa’s birthday party was on Sunday and she had an amazing time. She had a bouncy castle and the kids loved it. The weather was great and we could not asked for a better day. I am so thankful to all the people who turned up and to all the people who got her a gift.
