I just love tummies, dude

like, pulling their pants up over their tender stomach. it hurts SO bad, and they go to the bathroom and unbutton them for a moment of relief, but when they go to button their pants back up, they realize that they can no longer do so. their stomach is STILL bloating and it’s getting bigger and bigger.

or, if it’s too painful, leaving their pants unzipped/wearing them under the curve of their belly/wearing soft clothing, like sweatpants or those drawstring shorts. maybe trying to pull their shirt down to hide it.

bloated girls who are wearing dresses trying to find a way to conceal their stomach, maybe trying to accessorize with a belt or tying a sweater around their waist.

wearing multiple layers of clothing, which makes them overheat. great if they also have a fever.

A character wearing a shirt that’s super baggy (or even a crop top/rolled up shirt) because they’re so bloated the pressure would make them queasy

Clothes that fit well (if snugly) earlier, but now that a character has eaten (especially if they’ve eaten something heavy or something that didn’t agree with them), they’re agonizingly tight. The character doesn’t have anything to change into, so they’re forced to keep wearing whatever they’ve got on, despite how painfully it’s squeezing their stomach.

A character dressed up nice for a night out, only to find themselves feeling increasingly bloated and ill from the mix of drinks and fancy food. This one actually has a couple endings in my mind

V1: their fancy clothes have some give, but now they’ve got a conspicuously huge belly. Maybe a friend or partner helps them sneak away to breathe/burp/be sick/get belly rubs in peace.

V2: this clothing has No Give, and they go from feeling kind of full to horribly bloated with a vice grip on their belly. Because their clothes can’t stretch, no one has noticed their stomach upset, so they either have to sneak away and relieve the pressure or end up belching/being sick/popping a button in this very formal, public setting.

A character on a date tries some new food and oh god it is Not Sitting Well. Their belly is bloating painfully, and they can feel it stretching the fabric of their fancy date clothes. 

If their date doesn’t notice, they’re stuck squirming in their seat as their stomach swells, praying it isn’t conspicuous and maybe slipping away to nurse their ill and aching belly.

Today is the day

“May the flesh of kings feed the earth”

-Those tiny lil burps when your tummy is so full you can’t bring up any bigger ones

-When you stretch your arms up and your tummy peeks out from the bottom of your shirt

-When you stand up and you feel just how h e a v y your full belly is

-The very distinct sound of patting a tightly packed belly

-When you press your tummy and a lil burp comes out

-Feeling your tummy gurgle

-Hiccup-burps. Srsly the cutest thing ever.

-The feeling of a snug shirt on your belly

-The feeling of releasing your belly from said shirt 

-Rubbing your full tummy

-Having your full tummy rubbed
