I really like the moment right after someoneâs finished stuffing themselves when the fullness is most intense and they feel like theyâre struggling to hold it all. The groaning/clutching their belly/squirming from the pressure. Itâs all very good.
But I also really love what follows after. The heaviness and tenderness; the absolute necessity to be gentle with their swollen stomach as it works on everything theyâve stuffed down. Maybe holding there for a little extra support, moving carefully so the weight of all that food doesnât churn too much. Rubbing big circles over the swell, keeping things settled and soothed to improve digestion.
mandatory self-care for a tummy thatâs holding far more than itâs used to holding. just having to lean back and feel how much theyâve eaten, shifting and grumbling; all those little involuntary sounds.
