Can we talk about how much Baji means to Kazutora and how Kazutora means to Baji? Baji was willing to create a gang, make himself the villain/betrayer and die for Kazutora. He would do anything to make him happy and that means also not even hesitating for one second to stab himself. Not Mikey who’s his childhood friend, Chifuyu that people love to say Baji loves him more and even all of Toman was enough for him to stay alive. And the way Kazutora got so mad when Draken said they wanted Baji back. It’s because Baji is the only thing that Kazutora has, the only person to who he felt loved and cared for.
It angers me that so many people like to waterdown their relationship so much. Like it’s okay if you see them as just best friends, that’s not the point Baji and Kazutora can work both platonically and romantically, but you guys are gonna tell me they were toxic or bad for each other? Nah. Baji and Kazutora were everything to one another. They truly love each other and won’t think twice to even die so the other could be happy. Baji was probably the only one that defended Kazutora to Mikey even if he must have felt horrible for what they did that night to Shinichiro. Baji could have just left Kazutora with his problems since he has been forgotten for the accident, but he didn’t. Instead he was willing to hurt other people precious to him for Kazutora. Kazutora wanted to k!ll himself after Bloody Halloween and god knows how many times he has thought about it but he didn’t do cause he knew that’s not what Baji would have wanted.
Also if I see one more story on Ao3 of them just being sexualized I’m going to throw my phone out the window.
Anyway this was me being mad cause I’m sick and tired of so many people thinking they don’t care that much like did we read the same manga?
