The documentary we watched in psych reminded me of my friends from inpatient and i almost cried cause i genuinely miss them a lot, i hope theyre all doing well

I should not have been discharged

Was hospitalized monday the 7th and just got out today

i have the hiccups really bad

I cant feel my arms

I am literally one bad shift away from killing myself i say this sincerely
