Hey there! The main reason for this blog is to post a aftg headcannon (aroace Kevin) that I have in mind! (when I say in mind... I mean in mind only T_T I haven't really wrote it down yet) I will also be reblogging posts of my fixations.

My fandoms— animes (bnha, haikyuu, naruto, jjk, demon slayer, aot, bsd, buddy daddy, spy×family, moriarty the patriot, etc) books (the raven cycle, six of crows, aftg, maze runner, etc) and others (atla, batfamily, teen wolf, x-men, mcu, arcane, etc)

I don't particularly obsess over ships, I'm mostly here for the friendship dynamics and found family feels, excluding some ships of course. Also I lean more towards fanon than canon in all my obsessions.

Noah came to know who Kevin was through his friend and fellow roommate, Arish. He saw Noah and Kevin entering the dorm building, and when Noah came in the dorm he teasingly asked him since when he was friends with the queen of Exy and never even mentioned it. Noah, confused, replied that he had mentioned Kevin to him.

“You know the guy from the library that I've been recommending books to. I guess we are friendly enough, we do get along. But... what do you mean by queen of Exy?” he chuckled.

Noah's response caught Arish off guard, and he blinked in surprise. "You seriously don’t know?" he asked, his tone a mix of disbelief and amusement. "Kevin Day—he's a prodigy Exy player! Even after injuring his dominant hand and having to relearn to play right-handed, he remains one of the top players in the game.”

Oh, Noah thought, so that's what the scar on his hand is. He frowned, trying to piece things together. To him, Kevin had seemed like just a lone guy, who moved like he had a permanent weight pressing down on him. A little withdrawn and sometimes awkward, like he didn't quite know how to interact. Intense, and maybe too careful... Quite complex, from what Noah had gathered so far.

"Huh, I don't know. I guess I never made the connection considering we only talk about books. He just didn't seem the type to have such interest in a sport that he would be a prodigy," Noah replied, leaning against the kitchen counter. "I mean, he has never mentioned anything about it. I only found out he plays Exy when we both saw each other in the elevator."

Noah supposed there was a lot more to Kevin than he’d initially thought.

“Well then,” Arish probed. “What are your thoughts on that?”

“On what?”

“Ok, come on, you cannot tell me you find out a person you know is famous and you don't wanna know more about it!”

Noah stared at him unimpressed.

“You know what, you would be like that.” he burst out laughing.

“You know how I feel about making assumptions about people.” Noah said, moving around the kitchen, fixing something to eat.

“Yeah, yeah. Alright, I won't say anything more.” Arish held his hands up in a yielding gesture. “Can I meet him though? Please.”

“I don't know, will you act normal?” Noah replied, smiling faintly.

“Define normal.”

Noah turned around to point a finger at him in a lighthearted warming.

“Fine! I won't act as if he's one of the best players of the Foxes. Especially won't act as if the drama of last year happened.” Arish murmured.

“You done?” Noah shook his head. “Come have something to eat.”

The first time they saw each other outside of the library was in the dorm elevator. Though Noah looked surprised to see him there, he greeted Kevin warmly.

“Hey,” Noah smiled. “How are you?”

“I'm good,” Kevin replied, entering the elevator. “What are you doing here?” 

“Oh I'm a volleyball player.

"Really? What position do you play?"

"Hmm, first of all, I don't know whether I should be a little offended on the really tone."

Kevin huffed good naturally, "I didn't mean anything by it. You just do not look athletic, that's all."

"Fair enough. I'm a setter, and also the captain of the team."

"Well.... Then maybe you can be offended."

Noah laughed.

The elevator stopped, the doors opening. They walked outside side by side.

"What about you? What do you play?” he asked, gaze curious. 

Kevin saw the sincerity in Noah’s eyes, and the realization hit him hard. Noah honestly didn’t know who he was. Even after meeting frequently at the library, he still didn't know. It wasn't a deception

Kevin managed to give a quiet, almost automatic response. “Exy.”

“Cool,” Noah replied. “I've honestly never watched exy, other than once when I was a kid,” he mentioned sheepishly. “And well, it seemed like a really violent sport.”

Kevin couldn’t help but laugh, a small chuckle escaping before he could stop it. The innocent honesty in Noah’s voice was disarming.

"And the fact that you didn't deny the accusation speakes for itself," Noah said grinning.

"Fair enough." Kevin shrugged, mouth ticking up in a smile.

Noah’s smile in return was warm.

"Alright, I'll see you around at the library." Noah said walking away.

"Yeah, see you." Kevin replied.

It wasn’t a serious conversation, nor was it a big moment, but for some reason it stuck with Kevin for the rest of the day, like maybe it could be the beginning of something.

I've got this whole idea in my head for a fic (aroace Kevin & my oc Noah), but I'm just not the kind of writer who can put it all down like that :( It plays out like a full scene in my mind—dialogue, emotions, the whole vibe—but writing it down as narrative feels like trying to hold sand! It's easier to break it into moments, snapshots of what happens, and let the idea live like that instead. So, instead of trying to force it into a story, I'm just gonna throw the idea out there in a headcanon format.
