It is so ironic when people claim that trans men and mascs who talk about their experiences with misogyny are "misgendering themselves," "admitting that they are really female," and that they are all "going to detransition."
Because the only reason these conversations exist at all is because trans men and mascs are distinctly Not. Doing. That. Trans men and mascs are not misgendering themselves in these conversations, and that is the entire reason that people are mad in the first place.
If they did identify as women, then we would not be having this conversation. Fellow "feminists" would not be telling them to kill themselves for talking about reproductive misogyny or forced marriage or sexual assault as women because that is what feminism was made to talk about!
It is specifically the fact that trans men and mascs want resources that support and protect them from patriarchal abuse as trans people, rather than accepting "detransition or die" as the only option!
