5 day fast

It was suprisingly not that difficult. I had intended to do it longer, but my blood ketones were at 5.8 - according to keto strips that are 5 years over expiration date.

I googled it and some people were testing these old keto strips and they were still accurate. Anyway I didn’t want to play with my health.

I’ll be eating keto now, so hopefully keep on losing...

2.5 months keto results

June had been a great month until I got my period. I’ll just ignore it and say the drop was 4.2 lbs in June (lowest weight) and 11.9 lbs since mid March.
