like he can totally make one of those Jenova arms look like Zack, just show up and be like “hey, im back what’s up? what? me dead? pffft who told you that? shinra?” and just kinda pretend he doesn’t remember what happened either, join their party, travel with them around the world, be buddies with Cloud (who obviously doesn’t remember he died) get it on with Aerith or something, (maybe even give her the Jenova virus that makes ancients become monsters to get her out of the way.) then be the one who when Cloud is having his identity crisis tells him “no Cloud! I remember! you were the Shinra trooper!” and remind Cloud of the real story and everything that happened in crisis core, making Cloud and everyone trust and love him even more. Then if they ever eventually get to fight his real body in the crater suddenly turn on them from behind! like haaaaaa you thought i was Zack! but it was me Sephiroth all along! your friend is really dead! and he died cause you were a weakling Cloud!
