Parallel aspects

💫 Parallel aspects are like a conjunction & contra parallel are like an opposition, you can feel the effects but sometimes in a more subtle way, the effects can be more less/weaker than a real conjunction or opposition! But in the whole cases they’re have a effect. Even if actually the parallel aspects are not really considered by a lot of astrologers, some astrologers believe that the parallel give more positive effects.

💫 For parallel in synastry I think that they can show a thing or explain a thing that you can’t see with connection of the planets when you study your graphic of synastry with someone, it can be a attraction..etc..

Of courses I know that not everyone will relate to what is writen in this post.

Based on personal observations.

Reminder : I’m not a professional astrologer, what I said is only based on what I have learned and my research.

Transits in astrology is the time when planets move across your birth chart. These transits are important especially when they come into conjunction with personal planets (especially sun or moon) or personal points (ascendant-descendant). When they aspects these points you are more able to feel the effects. However, you can also feel the effects of transits, particularly for major transits (transits which concern planets like Saturn/Pluto/Neptune/Uranus and Jupiter that have a longer transit and spend more time in certain areas in your birth chart.

Solar return chart is an annual chart that start the time of your birthday and can predict your next twelves months.

Both have influence in your life and when you except a change in your life like meeting new peoples/friends, start a new daily routine, start exercising, loses friends, starting a love relationship, meet your possible partner, change career, separation, moving abroad etc … all of them can be influenced by transits and solar return chart. You can be able to see a correlation between your current life and the transits of the planets.

However it’s important to remember that theses transits (SR included) chart will brings somes changes in your life (any kind of changes) that can lead to important changes or important decisions making or even highlights possible outcomes/changes/events, so it’s important to not be overly defeatist. This is temporary. Another thing : if you see a placement in your chart with a specific reputation (good or bad -> especially bad), is important to take a step back (sometimes it can lead to meaningful improvement about yourself and your life).

Sometimes those transits just don’t have any similar effects as you can see in some observations posts. You should look into your personal experience and your own perspective.

Some observations :

💫Neptune transit your 1st house : you can be overly idealistic about the world around you. You can see the world though pink colored glasses and you may, sometimes and possibly, find yourself being disappointed in some things you are faced with. You can be more interested in occult, astrology and any things like that. You can have an over idealistic vision on life, about yourself and your relatives. It could be difficult to takes or accept your responsibility in this life and you can be detached towards the practical aspects of life. Otherwise: sometimes you can crave more times alone -> maybe you can experience loneliness and probably liking it.

💫Saturn transit 1st house : Can show change, you can change your diet, start a new workout routine (or start a sport). You can present yourself as a new person, you can be more mature and taking your responsibilities. Maybe during the 12th house transit you have developed fears/anxieties and you may have to work on them during this transit. It could show struggle too so for example : you may struggle to lose weight (if you want to). Struggle to keep your routine going or your goals. You might have more responsability or you can take more mature decision and be more "adult". Can show the start of a new cycle and you can leave old habits behind you or you may want to grow yourself to leave thoses habits. But it could be difficult to keep this new routine in your life and consistently. You seek improvement but you have difficulty to maintain it, it’s your challenge to keeping it.

💫Mars transit 1st house : During this transit you can be impatient, more agressive, you can be easily irritated. You can takes more actions/be actions-oriented. You can take things more personally. You can be more confident but sometimes the opposite can happen. Objects/things can be broken too. Physically (it’s pretty known but) you might have redness on your skins especially on the face and/or rash probably caused by the fact that you can be more sensitive to stress.

💫Uranus in 7th house in solar return chart : this can show a unexpected changes in your partnerships (not only romantic but platonic too). You may face a betrayal by a relative that led to this change. If mars is present in this house or influence this house though aspects, it can accentuate the chance that a betrayal could happen or this change could lead to conflits. Several scenario could happen but this is what i have see. Note : during the year where i had Uranus in 7th house i also had an scorpio rising -> during this year one of my close friend betrayed me => this betrayal lead to an transformation (scorpio rising).

💫Mercury in 10th house/conjunct mc ; Saturn in 10th/conjunct sun-mc ; Sun in 10th house in SR : theses placements can show a year where you need to work hard and a lot (especially with Saturn). With Mercury you can work for study and/or during this year you will focus a lot on study to be certificate (if there is one going). If Saturn is with Mercury in 10th house you may struggle to study or you will work really hard. But if Sun is present it may indicate that you will shine because of your work (not only for study) => you may get your certificate or pass your exam hands down (in case of study) or maybe you will get a promotion and if sun sit along with Saturn you will shine and be proud of you because you get what you’re working for by your hard work and discipline (saturn). It can be a year where you have a certificate and you need to put efforts to get this certificate. This is a possible scenario if sun-mercury-saturn are together. This can happen in working area too (not necessarily studying), but I just make the link between mercury->education)

💫Planets in 6th house in SR : when you have planets in this house you may want to take care of your health. Maybe you will have an awareness about your health => you may change your routine in a more healthy way. Sometimes it can become an obsession (especially with Pluto or if you have a stellium). In a lot of case you will focus a lot on your health. With mars you can give a lot of energy to your health. With venus you will think that this would allow you to be more attractive or you may want to be more attractive and be the best version of yourself. It can show a glow up. In another way, you can feel more anxious about your health and possibly this is because of your anxiety that you take care of your health. You might realise how important it is to taking care of your health. In general you can be more anxious in your daily life and if you have Pluto you may have transformations (in your routine etc..) “that can” make you worried if you don’t maintain it.

💫Moon in 1st house in solar return chart : It could be easy to you to put boundaries and respect your emotional needs. You may want to recharge yourself a lot and It could be easy to refuse some interactions because you feel It could draining you. You might be able to stop making things that make you feel bad and stop doing things that you don’t really like. Maybe more easily exhausted during this year.

💫Jupiter in 9th house in solar return chart : you could have a big desire to pursue your studies abroad, probably you’re seeking adventure and new experiences and you might be tired of your routine. You can looking at your life in a different way and wanting something different and more exciting. Also you can seeking something that speaks to you in a “soul level” your likely to wanting something that give a sense to your life and that is connected with how you are and how you feel. You can be inclined to working at knowing what you really want in your life and finding yourself. You may doing well at your studies.

-> The year when I had moon and pluto in the 8th house of my solar return chart I got a crazy obsession towards my crush.

💫When some people said that Libra rising in your solar return chart could make you glow up is true!! When I had Libra rising in my src I was really invested at improving my style and external aspects of my appearance. I was more coquettish and wanted to feel better in my own body. I improved my style during this year. (I developed an obsession towards pink tinted lip balm).

Midpoint are mathematical points in astrology halfway between two stellar bodies (planets, asteroids points -> AC/IC/DSC/MC). They’re placed in the center of this two stellar bodies and are activated when a planets/points make an aspects to them (conjunction, square, trine, sextile). You should consider a orb of 2° maximum.

For example to make this clear : your sun is in 13° in aquarius and your venus is in 29° in pisces, the midpoint between theses two planets fall in 6° in pisces (because this is the center of this two planets) and you have your mars in 7° in sagittarius, so your mars square your sun/venus midpoint.

Reminder on aspects degrees :

Conjunction : occurs on the same sign Square : 90° apart Opposition : 180° apart

Exception for conjunction : planet in the end of a sign can conjunct a planet placed in the beginning of the other sign.

Don’t forget to use an orb of 2° for each aspects (not above)!

Update : trine and sextile are not used !

When a planet/point make an aspect to an midpoint we write this like that :

Planet c = planet a/planet b midpoint

In my example is would be like that : mars = sun/venus midpoint.

: So mars activate your sun/venus midpoint.

Each midpoint in astrology have a meaning for example venus/mars midpoint show sexuality and sun/venus midpoint show harmony, beauty and self love.

Midpoint are often used in synastry and in others relationship compatibility charts such as the composite chart. The composite chart for example is calculated by the midpoints between planets/points of the two partners birth charts and this create a new chart => the composite chart.

In case of synastry the most important midpoint is the sun/moon midpoint because he’s related to love and he’s often activated in significant relationships and can contribute to attraction for each other. Another midpoint that you can look up in synastry is the venus/mars midpoint because he’s related to passion and can contribute to attraction for each other(more than sun/moon where the connection is more related to love and is more emotional) venus/mars midpoint is more in a sexual way (because this is sexual planets that are involved!)

💫 Having a fire moon sign in your moon persona chart make you more impulsive that your natal moon sign might indicate (especially Aries moon).

💫 If you don’t have any placements in your 4th house in natal but you give importance in family, having personal planets in your 4th house (especially moon but other are good too) in moon persona chart can explain this love for your family. You can also be more emotional and be more comfortable to expressing your emotions when moon is in the 4th house in moon pc. They may be also more affectionate toward their family.

Anxiety is actually a famous topic, a lot of people can suffer of anxiety in our society caused by different factors, but you must differentiate normal anxiety from generalised anxiety. In some case if there is pain and that your anxiety does not leave and becomes almost obsessive (so your rhythm of life can be disturbed) consulting a psychologist or psychiatrist can help you.

💫 Mercury-Uranus aspects I think can make a person anxious because these people can have the tendency to overthink a lot, these people may have mental overload. They can also suffer of intrusive thoughts and they can be nervous. Because of this tendency I put this aspect between this two planets like a possible indicator of anxiety. Especially for the the hard aspects (square/opposition/conjunction/inconjunct).

💫 12th stellium/placements can also make a person anxious because the 12th house represent isolation (in outline because the 12th house is much deeper), so people with a 12th placement/stellium can be isolated of others and this isolation can create overthinking, anxiety & they can develop fears. Generally the isolation forces the 12th house person to remain in her fears and anxieties.

💫 Moon aspects Uranus almost like the Mercury-Uranus aspects can make a person with a chaotic mind. These people can have a chaotically emotional nature, they can be electrical in their reactions that can be caused by the Uranus nature. They can also overthink a lot which will cause a impulsive nature &/or make impulsive decision caused by the internal pressure. They also tend to be erratic.

Uranus govern Aquarius in modern, Uranus is a electrical, futuristic planet but the energy of Uranus can sometimes be hard to deal with especially with the hard aspects.

💫 Moon ruled by mercury or hard aspects (square/opposition/inconjunct and maybe conjunction) between Mercury and Moon because Moon is our emotional side and mercury our brain, when they are in conflict (by the hard aspects) this people can (I think) be mentally perturbed. Here we can found a tension between your emotional nature (moon) and your brain (mercury), you can questioning everything (maybe a tendency to overthink and anxiety).

💫 Moon in harsh aspects with Saturn (square/opposition/inconjunct) can give complications in the emotional side, this aspects is really difficult to deal with, the native can be depressed, anxious, melancholic. Saturn is the planet of the restrictions, disciplines, limits and when this planet is in harsh aspects with moon can give difficulties to express their emotions, they can repress theirs emotions but they can suffer a lot internally. This people can be really mature because they may have gone through difficult experiences which led them to be like that.

💫 Moon in harsh aspects with Neptune (square/opposition/inconjunct) : when Neptune, the planet of illusion, make a difficult contact with moon the native can be extremely sensitive, they can have the need to be in their dreamlands (almost like the 12th house people), they can have a low self esteem, they can be depressed because they absorb too much and everything stay inside them. In the extremely cases they can develop addiction & a paranoiac attitude.

🖤 in modern astrology, Neptune is the planet that rule Pisces. This planet is know for her dreamy side, the addiction that she can induce, her sensitivity about the energy around her (there is a lot of others characteristics..). With the hard aspects between moon & Neptune this people can be too dreamy (they usually need that or this can be like a therapy), too sensitive and the energy of Neptune can be difficult to manage. I don’t include conjunction like an hard aspect because for me the exchange of energy of this two is harmonious.

💫 Mars nakshatra in the big 3 (especially in ascendant or moon) tend to have a natural athletic body or have a beautiful proportion. They can have little curvy hips. (Vedic)

Nakshatra of Mars :

Mrighashira -> 23,20° in Taurus to 6,40° in Gemini.

Chitra -> 23,20° in Virgo to 6,40° in Libra.

Dhanishtha -> 23,20° in Capricorn to 6,40° in Aquarius.

💫 I see a lot of ketu peoples with dark complexion, features or intense gaze/eyes. I find that they have common things. Jung kook of BTS : Magha moon. Olivia Rodrigo : Mula ascendant. And if Taehyung of BTS have a Ashwini moon it makes senses. Moon conjunct ketu can give same effects. (Vedic)

Nakshatra of ketu :

Ashwini -> 00° to 13,20° in Aries.

Magha -> 00° to 13,20° in Leo.

Mula -> 00° to 13,20° in Sagittarius.

💫 It’s a fact that a lot of peoples with Neptune conjunct ascendant or in 1st house may have complexes about their appearance and may had surgery because that. Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, (apparently Marilyn Monroe too). Warning : it’s not bad, it’s just a observations because they are very popular and famous.

💫 The difference between Uranus conjunct ascendant in 1st and 12th house is that in 1st house people can more daring in on random things like tattoo, new hair colours, they can be more original and assume their “differences”. Uranus in 12th tend to “hide” their “differences” or/don’t dare to new change in their look/hair so the uranus’s themes can be not really important or even present. So it’s pretty true that a conjunction in 1st is different than a conjunction in 12th house.

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 : the tighter the orb is of your planet in conjunction with your ascendant from the 12th house (that is to say that this planet is placed behind your ascendant) more this planet will capture the energy of the first house.

💫 Pluto in harsh aspects with sun/mercury/ascendant when they have their opinions they can’t tolerate an another or they can be too intense and have a black or white mentality. They can be really authoritarian and sometimes peoples can be quite “scared”/don’t want to express their opinion to them. This people can be very thoroughgoing and retain a lot in them.

💫 Juno in 10th can attract in their life a partner that have work linked with government or political field.

💫 Sun square Uranus can like to be different, I know that sometimes people interpret this aspects of someone that hide their differences but i think that this people can don’t have any problems to express their “differences” big or not. Like they don’t care about the opinion of others, for example if they like this shoes is their opinion and not the your etc..

💫 1st ruler in 5th can be funny, sociable and have good relationships with children.

💫 2nd house lord in 9th can have values associated with religion, they can be really religious and grow up in a religious family or a family member close to them can be religious. (Vedic)

💫 Moon/venus conjunct rahu (a malefic) in Scorpio in their d9 chart (navamsa) can have difficult emotional connection with spouse/problems with romantic things or the spouse can cheating to them. (Vedic)

💫 Moon in 8th can make a person suspicious, paranoid or with intense emotions. They can also be good at knowing the intentions of a person. They can be vengeful or/and very resentful. Moon conjunct Pluto can give same effects.

💫 Sun/mercury/Saturn or stellium in 6th house doesn’t like when people are disorganised.

💫 Mercury/Sun conjunct Saturn can make a person realistic, critical & mature. They can also be really patient.

💫 Stellium in cancer can have clear and smooth skin and they don’t have to necessarily wear intense makeup. Natural makeup look pretty good on them.

-> check in your saptamsa chart (d7) the lord of theses houses (5th house/7th house etc..) and check in which signs it’s falling. If the lord is in a feminine signs you can get a daughter and if is in a masculine sign you can get a son. (Vedic)

Masculine signs : Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius.

Feminine signs : Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces.

💫In saptamsa if the lord of these houses (mentioned above) are afflicted by malefic (mars,Saturn,rahu & ketu) you’re child can be born by caesarean. (Vedic)

💫Always in saptamsa, having the 5th lord in 6th house can give complications/health complications during the first months of your child (not the death). (Vedic)

💫Is actually a fact that Venus/Mars positive aspects are good at balancing between masculine and feminine style. They can also attract the opposite sex easily. (For both Vedic & tropical but maybe more tropical)

💫12th stellium/heavy water placement can be attracted to people with heavy air/fire or even earth placements, but not the other peoples with heavy water. I’m really not sure of this one.🧐

Reminder : darakaraka = planet with the lowest degree. Excluding Rahu & Ketu.

💫Venus/moon parallel ascendant can make you more feminine/cute, good mannered and charming that the description of your ascendant signs.(Tropical)

💫I already say this but I think parallel are important in the chart so check them it can help! Orb between 1°/1.35° not above 2°. (Tropical)

💫Sidereal and tropical are both good, sidereal can be more good for predictions than the tropical but tropical can be more good for the description of the personality/appearance of someone. (It can varies for each persons)

💫Uranus conjunct ascendant/Uranus in 1st house can be funny. (Tropical)

💫Persona chart are quite cool (especially of moon/venus/ascendant & mars). (Tropical)

💫Mercury-ascendant aspects don’t look necessary “intellectual” but they can look more younger that their actual age. (Tropical)

💫Eros conjunct ascendant peoples : you can be more comfortable at talking about s3x.
