You can't be anti-censorship and then censor the icky things that you don't like. That's not how it works. You either support censorship, or you don't. And how do you know that what you want to censor is the right thing to censor at all?
The amount of people I've seen on this website calling themselves proship and anti censorship then turning around and saying they want "the big three' (Necro, Zoo, Pedo) removed from fiction is absurd. You can't pick and choose what's presented in fiction based purely on how you, as an individual, feel.
And you also have to remember, when you push for things like pedophilia to be removed from media, you are not only removing the fetishized versions of it, but the representation of victims and their experiences. Censoring something is not just picking and choosing which and what pieces of that thing to censor. When you censor something, you are completely removing all of it.
"What about Zoophilia and Necrophilia?" These things are 100% wrong, yes, outside of fiction. But these can be utilized as tools in all sorts of different ways when presented in media. Not only that, but if consuming something fictional stops somebody from committing those actions in person, then I support it.
