If you call a trans woman's sex "male," you are a fucking transphobe and transmisogynist. (Assuming they do not EXPLICITLY identify as having a "male" sex)
If you call a trans man's sex "female," you are a fucking transphobe and transandrophobe. (Assuming they do not EXPLICITLY identify as having a "female" sex)
If you call a nonbinary person's sex "male" or "female," you are a fucking transphobe and exorsexist. (Assuming they do not EXPLICITLY identify as having a "male" or "female" sex)
If you call an intersex person's sex "closer to male" or "closer to female" or "closer to androgynous" without their consent, you are a fucking intersexist.
If you call another kind of gender/sex diverse person's sex "male" or "female" when they do not identify as such, you are a fucking transphobe/exorsexist/varsexist.
You all have got to stop being so comfortable with referring to other people's sexes as male or female without their explicit consent. We all know by now that gender does not equal sex, but also, sex is literally just a label for groups of sex traits. Especially in the context of HRT and gender affirming/sex-altering surgeries, a trans/nonbinary/intersex/varsex person DOES NOT inherently have the sex that corresponds with what was assigned to them.
Not all people "of the female sex" have vaginas, breasts, clitori, labia, can menstruate, have ovaries, are capable of being impregnated, or are incapable of impregnating others. Many people "of the female sex" can have/do none of this.
Not all people "of the male sex" have penises, flat chests, testes, scrotums, can ejaculate, have facial hair, are capable of impregnating others, or are incapable of being impregnated. Many people "of the male sex" can have/do none of this.
Anyways. Stop using "male" and "female" incorrectly. For the billionth time.
