Hey gals! So a quick update: I’ve been so busy with work and classes. I’m truly enjoying my new field of hospitality and despite covid, I’m networking online to increase my net worth 😉 So charisma was the topic of discussion in one of my leadership classes this week. So let’s dive in:

Charisma is described as compelling attractiveness or charm, inspiring devotion in others. Charisma can be applied to all areas of life and not just business. It is especially helpful when it comes to attracting a High Value Man (HVM).

Charismatic women are: friendly, excellent communicators, warm, open, and inspire trust in others.

You may be asking: how can I be more charismatic?

1. Know your worth

When you know your full value and what you bring to a connection or a relationship (loyalty, support, etc) then you are able to project that anytime you come into contact with friends, family or a HVM.

2. Be genuine and be invested in others

As humans, we are inherently SELFISH. When I come across someone who is selfless and invested in my well being, I am drawn to them. A lot of times we can be so caught up in ourselves and our insecurities, our schedules etc. but when you’re spending time with someone you need to be present. In a conversation, be an active listener. Take time to hear where the other person is coming from and what’s going on in their world: their struggles, their heartaches, their issues.

3. Smile.

This is one of the simplest steps towards honing charisma. The complement I receive the most from men on first dates is that my smile is spectacular. A smile draws individuals in and makes them feel comfortable and special. HVM are human beings just like us and they can be vulnerable if you take the time to be real and go deep.
