When Morro first got his wind power, he would train to control it, right?
So imagine a scenario where Morro was training how to fly with his wind. He did it, he was able to fly, but in the middle of him flying in the air, he started to lose control and fell. Wu saw this and immediately fly in with his dragon capturing Morro.
Imagine if Wu didn't catch him. By a miracle Morro fell in a little river or a thick bush. Not breaking any bones (sad). Morro will be so afraid to try again to use his wind powers to fly. Wu apologizing for not arriving faster and he's glad the boy is fine and not hurt. Little Morro starts slowly to be afraid of his own powers.
