can my body & mind just function normally. can i sleep for more than two hours???? can i keep food down????? can??? i???

i’m home in puerto rico and it makes me feel a little more calm but then at the same time i feel like a huge mess. i can’t sleep. i don’t want to sleep anyway but i can’t. every time i close my eyes it’s either a nightmare or paralysis. i can’t even eat right now without throwing it up all because i feel gross afsgdjfkfkk can i be ok for 1 day

me and my brother are supposed to fly back to puerto rico next week, and i can’t wait to see my mom but i really don’t want to then go to columbia afsfsgdjfk
