I mean it's a rhetoric question, obviously he's checking whether the bulge is just the clothes folding in a weird way or MORE but he didn't have to look so... fixated about it!!! And it went on for quite some time while Link was discussing his outfit, even after he rearranged himself.

Then when Link said: "I didn't know it was going to match the chair perfectly!", Rhett raised his eyebrows and said in his usual sly way: "Oh, I am glad that it does", possibly implying that due to the chameleon effect it would perhaps not be as clear to us that his pants make the crotch area pretty visible.

Do you think it looked too much? From our angle I think it was passable, I have seen many pants do that. Maybe from Rhett's angle it looked more... potent XD
