Being radqueer is the most punk you can get!!! Is there a term like punkqueer tht isn’t devastatingly anti-radqueer anti-para if not I AM COINING!!!!

A reminder that radqueer is complete self expression and acceptance of self <3 don’t be so hard on yourself!! In the end nothing is too serious for you to not be yourself completely and love yourself for that! You’re important! You’re wanted! Even if today seems gloomy, look up! Things can’t stay bad forever! That probability would be impossible! usually brains tend to hyperfocus on negativity as a survival instinct. Which in turn make us susceptible to easier notice negativity rather than positivity in our life . But good news is that we don’t have to do that anymore! I’ve found out through practice that writing down anything you’re grateful for today. Or things you’ve found beautiful, or things that have inspired you. Anything that sparks joy. Even if it’s small or “dumb” or trivial, helps you notice the good things. The exercise helps you notice the positive things in your life. The more you focus on positivity the more you will see because again, your brain (subconscious really but we don’t have time to get into that) is susceptible to the information you feed it. Feed it positive information? You’ll notice more positivity in your life. Feed it negative and you’ll be met with negative. Anyways sorry for the rant!!! Love yourself!! You are unique and beautiful and you are YOU and you are alive!! That’s more than worth celebrating!
