I own and ride horses every day. I also care for them daily feeding, grooming, washing, and handling all the usual responsibilities that come with horse ownership.

Although, what does it matter if someone prefers staying indoors or simply doesn't enjoy physical activity? People's worth isn't determined by how much time they spend outside. Different people enjoy different things, and that's perfectly suitable.
