Made a new bug son (yes another xDD). Named Umbra, this European Yellow Swallowtail Butterfly (name’s a fucking marathon) is an impulsive, moment to moment, traveler who lets his gut feelings pick the majority of his actions. He definitely isn’t stupid, he knows when an impulse probably shouldn’t be followed, and he’s an incredible fighter with his daggers; it’s just Umbra’s a social idiot a good chunk of the time.

Silex is his name (meaning rock, gem, crystal) and he’s a metallica cobalt tarantula.. who happened to loose a limb to the crystal infection.. While it stopped before it fully took over his brain, the side effects of such an event still affect this seven-limbed spider even as he travels with his two companions
