Decided to take a shot at drawing a rabbit in a beautiful springtime landscape. It was halfway through I realized the parallels of character and the easter bunny. Such parallels are merely coincidental, and were a pleasant surprise to me.

I decided to draw some art of my fictional worlds Geshané race. There are many tribes of Geshané, and this one is from the Ishkataw tribe. Maybe I'll try drawing the other tribes soon lol :3

This photo was taken at the Geshané Island History Museum during the 146th anniversary of the Geshané Island War. On this day, the museum held special events to honor the history of the Geshané fight against the Sollony empire.

many reenactors came to the museum to show off traditional wear of their tribes during the time. Among the many Geshané reenactors on show that day, Beshnyté was one of the more popular, and recieved a great amount of attention. This clothing has an iconic look due to it's association with the Geshané Island War. Many other tribes participated in the fight against the Sollonish, although the Ishkataw has garnered the most amount of fame

Much of this fame comes from the famous Battle of Piker outpost. During which around 600 Ishkataw warriors shot volleys of arrows and bullets at a small Sollonish garrison outpost for 11 hours straight. Movie depictions of this battled made the Ishkataw warrior an iconic image. Although many movies aren't completely accurate in their depictions, the outfits tend to be mostly currect. With the poncho like garment, and orange and yellow triangle patterned, this wear is quite unique and easy to spot in historical depictions of the war.

Seeing Beshnyté's outfit, Shultz was entriqed, and was eager to get a good photo of it. Luckily, Beshnyté was more than happy to move to the museums photoshoot room to get this portrait taken of him. Not only that, but he took the time to described the details of his outfit to Shultz, and each pieces significance-"

Back to drawing younger Vixian! Couldn't think of an original title for this one, so I just made it the sequel of "Vixian in the Desert", one of my older artworks that has a similar composition. I had a lot of fun with this one, I hope you like it! :3 #art #furry #OC

After many hours of driving through the desert, the militia decided to stop their convey to establish their location. The navigators believed they were about halfway to point remahr, but they were confused by the terrain, and suddenly found themselves unsure of their location. Aside from the frustrated commanders, everyone was pretty okay with it. It gave everyone a chance to eat, rest, relieve themselves, and stretch their legs. Vix made sure to take full advantage of this break to walk around the desert. She had grown used to many aspects of the gritty and harsh reality she had signed herself up for. But she still could barely stand being in a cramped vehicle for long hours. Although you'd probably imagine being in a hot, dry, and vast desert wouldn't be very relaxing, Vix found it quite so.

In a way, she liked to think of it like becoming one with her unevolved ancestors. She was a desert fox after all, this is the environment she was made for, at least in a metaphorical way. It felt kind of silly, and it honestly probably was. But being a first hand witness to the worst aspects of civilized life, who could blame her for seeking a brief escape from reality.

"It's been almost a year since Vix has seen any action. After she had a medical emergency, One of the doctors signed for her to be put on leave and sent back to the civilized world with her assigned buddy to act as her caregiver. The document said she was supposed to come back "whenever there is no longer a reasonable possibility of another similar medical emergency potentially happening". Because of the vague wording, Vix was able to keep making up excuses as to why she can't be brought back, and eventually the war had begun to scale down significantly. She was reassigned as a reserve and got to go back home for the first time in years."

Hi! It's been a while! I've been doing a lot of stuff recently! I don't really have the same amount of time that I used to. But I was able to get some time to start on and finally finish it today! I Know I haven't posted in Awhile. I've been working on an animation for my YT. But decided to take a break and try out FireAlpaca SE which I got on winter sale. I only got it for dark mode but I've fallen in love with the brushes!.

Between the heavens, the underworld, and the mortal world, there exists the Lantern Forest—a dimension used by spirits who inhabit the mortal realm. It acts as a kind of interdimensional travel hub for entities of all kinds. Spirits will "jump" into the Lantern Forest at shrines and other sacred locations that link the realms, seemingly vanishing and reappearing from a mortal's perspective.

While many spirits use the Lantern Forest simply to travel, others have chosen to settle within it. These spirits have built homes, established communities, and live off the realm's natural resources. Within you'll find vendors selling goods both magical and mundane, as well as those offering services to passing travelers. The Lantern Forest is alive with culture, shaped by both ancient tradition and ever-changing life.

However, not all spirits use the Lantern Forest for bright or humble purposes. Malevolent entities have just as much access to the realm. using the forest as a means to aid their sinister activities in the mortal world and to create and traffic dark goods. In this way, the Lantern Forest effectively aids ill intended beings.

The good spirits aren't blind to these dark activities. Though they cannot simply block evil spirits outright. Doing so would disrupt the balance of yin and yang. But they take measures to limit the dark influence and keep balance. Guardians like the Zenko kitsune are often stationed in towns and at frequented areas such as bridges, intersections, and forest trails. Their goal is not to destroy darkness, but to ensure it never blocks out the light. The Yin simply must stay balanced with the Yang, nothing more.
