Gold, silver, and bronze.

When I first set out to find names with that meaning, I had no idea it would end up like this—Aurelius, Argenta, and Ardon.

The last one, especially, has some ambiguity when it comes to the exact meaning of his name, so at first I wasn’t even planning to add a third child.

So you could say Ardon was a last-minute addition, after I sketched his appearance. I found him so adorable that I realized his main trait would be charm.

Argenta, on the other hand, has more of a cunning rebel spirit—she loves teasing her older brother.

And Aurelius, despite his young age, for some reason always gave me the impression of a skeptic with an inner perfectionist. Though Argenta definitely takes advantage of that 😁

The clever idea involving the story was thought up back when I was just developing the comic itself. It also helps explain how everything turned out the way it did, including the children of Adelaide and Sebastian as a couple.

I came up with it because I wanted, at least once, to put Sebastian in his place in the plot — he was being quite rude to Adelaide. I decided to fix that, at least in my own comics.

I’ve had this idea for a while to try a mini challenge where a character gets dressed up in different outfits. I noticed that many of the looks fit perfectly into a Modern AU. They’re so beautiful — I just couldn’t resist, hehe.

So I decided to turn it into something like a little judging event as well. The judges liked it — especially the “Чернята” 😆

While searching for references for a completely different story, but with a similar vibe, I unexpectedly found the perfect ice reference for Todd and Miranda. I call them Toranda)

And a small sketch for a Telegram challenge where my favorite pairing appears as matching keychains.
