Fun fact: There is no scarcity of food, water, or housing. It’s just distributed excessively to certain people.
I beg to differ but okay…
Nah, it’s true. Just off some quick research, rich countries waste 222 million tons of food per year, which is nearly equal to the amount Sub-Saharan Africa produces in a year. (Source)
In 2009 everyday in the United States, leaking pipes lost an estimated 7 billion gallons of drinking water. (Source)
And in also in the United States, in February of last year, there were about 3.5 million homeless people, yet 18.6 million vacant homes. (Source)
You can “differ” all you want But facts are facts
We don’t take our seat at the top of the musical twin pyramid lightly. You try to knock us down and you’re in for the showdown of your life! Drew and Jonathan Scott will think again before they mess with us. We are in it to twin it!

I want a “just checking in” kind of love.
a “baby did you eat today?” kind of love.
a “you’re the first person I told” kind of love.
an “I gotta kiss you before you leave” kind of love
an “I love you” before we say bye kind of love.
an “I noticed that you need this so I got it for you” kind of love.
a “we’re not going to bed til we’ve made up” kind of love.
a wipe my tears away kind of love.
a nonstop joke fest until I smile again kind of love.
a goofy smile when I walk in the room kind of love.
a hold me until my panic attack passes kind of love.
a rub my back after work kind of love.
I just want to feel completely, totally, truly loved.
I’m so lucky to have this. <3
Fresh Off the Boat - “Hi, My Name Is…”
YES
Why Uzo Aduba wouldn’t change her name:
My family is from Nigeria, and my full name is Uzoamaka, which means “The road is good.” Quick lesson: My tribe is Igbo, and you name your kid something that tells your history and hopefully predicts your future. So anyway, in grade school, because my last name started with an A, I was the first in roll call, and nobody ever knew how to pronounce it. So I went home and asked my mother if I could be called Zoe. I remember she was cooking, and in her Nigerian accent she said, “Why?” I said, “Nobody can pronounce it.” Without missing a beat, she said, “If they can learn to say Tchaikovsky and Michelangelo and Dostoyevsky, they can learn to say Uzoamaka.”
