For many of us, watching the news leaves a deep sense of helplessness; wanting to help, but not knowing how, or where that help will make a difference. This small project was created to offer a direct way to support my friend Salman and his family, ensuring that every contribution directly reaches a real person in need.
Salman is raising three wonderful children. He has two young daughters and a son. Like most parents, his days are spent doing everything he can to keep them safe, cared for, and hopeful despite circumstances no family should have to endure. Meeting the most basic needs where he lives is sometimes impossible, but Salman persists everyday.
All donations received through this project will be forwarded directly to Salman, and regular updates will be shared so supporters can see the impact of their generosity (follow on IG @friendsofsalman).
Whether through sharing this post, offering words of encouragement, or making a contribution, every act of kindness reminds Salman and his children that compassion knows no borders, and that no one should have to face hardship alone.
