dream TOO big?

is it possible to have too many dreams? too many goals? I feel like my mind is so easily distracted by my next brilliant idea that I forget to follow through on the previous one. how do you overcome that? I can't just stop thinking! I have the mind of a CEO..but see, the way my life is set up...

the past few prompts haven't motivated me to write. today's is: good decision. maybe that's the point of the prompts. to write about things you wouldn't normally write about. to look at things from a different perspective. i always used to say I only felt the intense desire to write when I was sad or angry. those are the emotions I have trouble processing so writing always seems to help. Ok, no matter what tomorrow's prompt is, I shall write my thoughta about it!

strangers stare with their strange looks i must have grown immune or blind to them because they no longer penetrate my thoughts and linger in my head i hardly see them now. but if i do, all strange looks are returned with a bright smile that says "i don't care, this is me."

Today's prompt is: constantly risking absurdity. *shrug* [ begin ] If there was an absurdity rating scale, and someone took tweezers and plucked each idea bug poking out of my brain meat, then piled them on top of each other, like little earth worms, i'd break the scale. Then my idea worms would turn on each other and form an army. Battle of the ....bulging brain? This here is the risk folks. The absurdity of precious particles particularly plucked promptly, packaged and priced cause berries are belligerent. What? Oh. Absurdity is the only constant in my life. I risk losing my mind daily. Today’s prompt is: extremely loud.

How can something so soft as a plucked string on a bass or trill on a flute, resonate so loudly within one person?

i feel in love with music and my whole world exploded. i couldnt ignore the music in my head anymore. What I thought was chaos, was only music being created as my mind wandered - leaving footprints in the shapes of triplets and quarter notes as I traveled across worlds. I don't speak much but if you were to put one of those old victrola speakers to my ear, you would know what extremely loud sounds like.
