Sweet Ending in Philadelphia! Yes, a sweet ending to my night in Philadelphia! I have been here many many times with my girlfriends! We usually end our night here after dinner, either with bubble tea or frozen yogurt! I usually get cold bubble tea but this time I wanted to try something different! I got the Hot Thai Tea, wow so good! I WAS TOTALLY MISSING OUT! Good flavor with alot of bubbles! :) I think this was a medium size, (maybe 16oz) and it was $5 something! It is expensive though for a cup of bubble tea! But hey, if I am satisfied....I will pay for it! hehe! :)

LaScala's in Philadelphia! GREAT FOOD but the SERVICE IS SO SLOW & AWFUL! So it is Restaurant Week in Philadelphia so 6 of us went out to eat dinner here, 3 course meal for $35 each! Not bad at all! The food was totally amazing, very favorable and good portions! My TIRAMISU was totally delicious, wanted to lick my plate! lol But my drink on the other hand, (THE FRUITINI), OMG!!! It had no flavor, it was so strong  that i had to take sips & then have water immediately! ! It was just bitter and no fruit flavor at all! I didn't even finish half and I had to pay $12 for it! BLAH :/ Anyways, the service was so slow and awful, so mad! While being there for almost 3hours, I just seen 2 waiters running the place! It took the waiter 45minutes to take our order, then it took another 30minutes for our appetizer and then 30minutes for the main entrees! The restaurant wasn't even busy at all and the service was this slow! It was just getting annoying! And when our entrees came, some of the stuff was wrong and we had to send it back! That meant more waiting! SO was this worth my $60....I DONT THINK SO! I am sorry but when I go out to eat, I just don't want good food if i am paying this much, I would also like good service! And I know what good service is, I have worked at a restaurant for seven years and majored in hospitality management! If the restaurant works on their service, it would be perfect but for now, its definitely not! 

It's a Starbucks Day! So, I thought it  would be a good idea to go to Starbucks on my day off and apply for jobs! If I stay home, there is no way I can anything done, too many distractions! 

Cruising in China Town, Philadelphia! I love CHINA TOWN, one of my favorite place in Philadelphia! There are so many things to see and so many restaurants, bake shops and interesting stores to visit! I finally tried "Tea Talk," all of my friends would talk about this place and how they had the best bubble tea! I got a mango bubble tea, yum! Even though, my favorite place for bubble tea is Nam Phoung.... it was still good! I just had to give this place a try and it was quite busy! While walking around, I noticed one of the streets had the Chinese Zodiac signs on the sidewalk, I thought that was cool so of course I had to walk all the way up to my sign, which is a snake! If you have never visited China Town, you are definitely missing out and should soon!! SO much to see and just a different culture to explore!

Veg Lover in China Town in Philadelphia! As being a vegetarian, it can be hard to find good restaurants.....so my friend had told me about this place and we decided to go there for lunch and try it out! This was my first time there, it was a little cozy family-type of a restaurant. We started out with ordering "Fried Banana" (only $2.50)...YUM! So basically banana slices in batter and then fried! Simple but good! I could have even had that for my dessert! Then we ordered, General Tso Tofu and Sesame Tofu with Rice (Brown and White) for our main course ($7.75each). Both entrees were good and so much flavor to them! And it came with steamed broccoli! (YAY) I loved the sesame seeds on the tofu, just gives it extra flavor to the tofu! The portion size of the entrees are great for the price I am paying, I had to take it to-go for dinner! :) To top it off, we didn't even have to order any drinks because it came with hot chinese tea! It was so good, I loved the flavor and had to get a second refill... lol!!! If you love Chinese food and vegetarian, so recommend this place! I will sure be visiting this place again! 

PLANET FITNESS....... So since the New Year has begun, my goal was to get healthier!! Planet Fitness has definitely become my third home (second being my job). My goal is go every single day for at least one hour. I have been doing 1 hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting. Due to my work schedule, I have been going to the gym at 6:00am and it actually feels really good and so energized! My goal is to lose weight and be in better shape by end of the year so let see how it goes! Also, to help me with dieting, I bought GNC Total Lean 7 Day Loss Kit. This would help me cut back on a lot of food especially sweets. Today was my second day on this product and I feel great! I am not craving food and usually full from the shake. But let see how it goes for the next 5 days, I hope I do lose some pounds because otherwise it would be a waste of money! 

Max Brenner in Philadelphia! YUM YUM YUM!!!!! Okay CHOCOLATE LOVERS, if you haven't tried this place, OMG you are missing out BIG TIME!!!!!! My first visit to Max Brenner, it was such a good experience and if you know, I LOVE CHOCOLATE!  My friend would always talk about this place and taking me here so we finally did yesterday night! It was a busy night for them and there was a waiting line so we decided to sit at the bar. Just looking around, I felt like I was in CHOCOLATE HEAVEN! My friend suggested me to order their classic drink, which was  the "Classic Chocolate Martini", ($12.95), it was milk & white chocolate, absolute vanilla, cream de cacao, and garnished with a chocolate-dipped strawberry. OMG TALK ABOUT BEING IN HEAVEN....YUMMM!!!!! My friend ordered the "Tiramisu Kahlua", ($12.50), which was french brandy, fresh-brewed espresso and milk!! We skipped dinner and went straight to the dessert menu. We decided to share the "Classic European Fondue for Two."  ($22.95), The fondue had bananas, strawberries, chocolate chunk cookies, marshmallows, fluffy chocolate sponge cake, and choice of two chocolate sauces (milk, dark or white). The set-up for the fondue was the cutest thing ever, I just loved it! The service was great, very friendly bartender and explained about my drink and the fondue! I think the portions can be a little larger though for the price but overall GREAT EXPERIENCE and would definitely return again. :) 

Alfa American Tavern!! How can I NOT write about this place, this has to be mine and my college friends favorite place for happy hour and snacks! I visited this place so much since one of my friends told me about it! Sometimes, we were there 2X  a week! This was in Center City in Philadelphia but on Dec 31, 2013, they closed down because of their sky rocketing rent! It was so sad, because my friends and I have so many good memories, we celebrated birthdays and even a bachelorette party! They would have happy hour every day from 5pm-7pm with $5 drinks and $3 appetizer! Like come on, NO ONE CAN BEAT THAT IN PHILLY! Their food, drinks and service was the best and I can't even complain about one thing! It had a good atmosphere with young and old crowd! This little place would always be packed by 8pm but it didn't matter to us because we always had a blast! Before it closed, one of my best freinds and I went for our last drink there on Dec 30, 2013....it was just so sad! ;/

Nam Phoung! My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Philadelphia! TOTALLY AMAZING! The food is so good, I try to visit at least once a month but being a vegetarian makes it very hard to get different options! So I usually get some sort of tofu dish and spring rolls  and of course for my drink, I get avocado bubble tea! Nam Phoung seriously has the best bubble tea! Their service is okay though, not bad but not excellent! I just go their for food and have a good time with my friends! :)

MAGIC GARDEN! My last location that i visited by touring around in Philadelphia! It was seriously the most BEAUTIFUL garden that I have ever seen! Just BEAUTIFUL! It was created by Isaiah Zagar and it took 14 years to create it! While walking around, I just kept thinking, "Omg, how did you think of this amazing idea."  

Walking by Philadelphia City Hall, its beautiful! I would always drive by it and take a picture but now i got to see it perfectly! :) 

LOVE Park in Philadelphia in Winter (Christmas Season). The walk to LOVE Park was amazing, the city was decorated with lights and then at the park, there was a Wish Wall for visitors to write their wish and hang it up! They were cute and some very funny (Asking for higher GPA) lol.... The LOVE Park for winter is set up into Christmas Village, with vendors that sell many items such as jewelry, arts & crafts and holiday gifts. This was my first time there but I will definitely be visiting again! :)
