next a discarded character? or maybe the villain? I don't have much info besides her 1(one) sketch with her name and no she's not swelled or anything it was just me and my bad anatomy of the time trying to convery a avarage body fat.

Renata concept art!

not so different from what we made in the end, just deciding the colors in general, I know there should be another file of the concept art for the clothes themselves but I didn't found them, + the texture for the wallpaper on her bedroom (you can tell she was my favorite?)

so okay, all three main characters had different phone models, altough I just drew art for César phone and had the sketch of Renata's phone on the last few pages of chapter 1

I know here she was texting a friend or boyfriend, and if this was ever finished you'd read the messages. while idk what model exaclty she would've had I know the image that inspired it

this one, is closer to a mini laptop (serioulsly is tiny as fuck) than to a phone, though it would look more like these two but in a orange with blue color palette.

I grabbed this as the inspiration because of Paradise killer, the main character has something like this that we use in game, I had recently 100% the game at the time and i HIGHLY recommend the game for those that like crime solving games, puzzles and wacky stuff happening.

Carlos/Peixoto turn is not much, is motly color palettes and his hair

again didn't made either a sketch or concept art for his phone, but knowing us at the time it would probrably be a nokia with a weed carcass (those actually existed btw, I can't find one but I remember seeing them while searching for Carlos phone)

César/Bacalhau time! again mostly hair and color palettes, plus expressions

I remember that I went trough hell just to find a model for each character's phone and in the end I just drew one, the model is a motorola RAZR V3 (obviously customized)

I kinda like, altough is very obvious that they don't match at all, the open version shows that at the sides it should have a more darker green but at the closed version it dosen't have it besides the 3/4 view, also why didn't I just opened the model straight up? maybe I couldn't maybe I was just tired and wanting to trace draw it already, don't get me started on the back view of both

now to the keychain! it is fine, altough I don't like the colors, besides the green, they are very muddied and don't fit the phone color palette at all.

Acid chapter 1 - Escapade

page 1: 12:30 (12:30 PM) César and Carlos are walking down the street, chatting with each other

(this 👆 was the panel I was most proud of btw, since I did a tricky camera view, but is lost now :_:)

this part I did change to make a joke, the script goes something like this: "Bacalhau: fuck it man, damm! son of a bitch" og text: "Bacalhau: Porra cara, tocou na ferida mesmo filha da puta?"

there was supposed to be text, idk why there isn't, but it said "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" fun fact: there's 2 version of this but the other one won't show on the actual final version only on my clip studio cloud, personally I'm 50/50, the actual panel I like César better and the cloud version I like Carlos better.

Page 2: both walk trough the street

this panel I added for a better pacing, I like it, though today I would change the panel before so the eye can travel the way I inteded here and I would add more details to the background, maybe just a style of shading like old disney cartoons

edit: found César opening the door :), wich is bad since is not clear that he's opening the door, he just looks like he's dramatically holding the handle

I remember that I was very happy for the details on the couch, still am to this day tbh

(this whole part I completely changed when I drew at the time so I'll let it here still)

og script: César: "wtf I barely arrived!" Renata stands up and goes to César Renata: "Idgaf, I'm the older one here and you have to obey me, go clean them already!" César groans and walk past his sister and snarkly remarks César: "but isn't your duty as a woman to be in the kitchen?"

Renata breaths deeply and stares right into César's soul César's mind: "okay I'm officially dead" César rapidly turns around sweating bullets César: "SORY SIS, IT WAS ON INSTINCT!!" Renata slaps César so hard that he comically falls to the ground

Page 4: another thing I changed, the script was very talkative so I just removed that part of the dialouge since it was kinda redundant, also let's appreciate this background for a sec. the text was: "César is on his bed, crying with his face all bruised up while he thinks: "man why is always me!? I received it twice! even, one from ma and another from my sis"

his phone rings and he picks it up

Peixoto: "what's up man?" Bacalhau: "I'm worst than a silk moth!" Peixoto: "whhhy? what happened dawg?" Bacalhau: "I got hit twice, man :("

page 5: *César recounting what happened in page 3*

"leaned" it was the fucking mirror, lol.

Peixoto: "dawg you were dumb as hell, y'know what? I know exactly what will cheer ya up! there's a rad party happening on Consenção street."

César: "as if my mom would let me!, the vibe is waay off here man, there's no use trying" Peixoto: "is were I slide in man, relax and learn how a professional do it"

César: "hold there fucker! my mom will never let me go out now!" Peixoto: "I don't give a single flying fuck"

César gets a nervous César: "WHAT?! WAITWAITNO-"

César finally notices that Peixoto already rang up. César "how many times have I heard a 'Idgaf'? oh yeah, twice... a 'and?' counts? I mean is the same meaning"

page 6: resuming Peixoto's idea was to knock on César's door and distract his mom while César sneaks out trough his window, of course that dosen't work since his sister sees it and tries to stop it. she isn't sucessfull and both teens run as fast as they could in César's Pink scooter.

Okay context, a friend of a friend of mine asked me to be the artist behind a webcomic idea, wich I don't remember much since the discord server the project was on is now deleted :C, it (apparently) was fantasy based? and set in Brazil, the project never got past the first chapter since the director (the friend of my friend) was not participating in deciding anything and I got dismotivaded in the process :/ idk why I never posted those stuff but either way is fun looking back at my art :3

I remember loving his color palette the most :D

Carlos, César best friend and I remember that his powers were smoke based though I never drawn them (I think), I remember that either him or another character was baiano (person from Bahia state)

I remember that her designs were the ones I loved the most, tbh I was cooking with her design, also she was the one I contribute the most

I like all these designs, I didn't remember that I cooked that much with them, lol

look in any normal circunstance it would still be a big problem, a fixable big problem, but this time is a BIG PROBLEM because this is the only pants that I have since I came here!! (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )

but guess who remembered the fuction of ONE of the many machine here that I don't know how to use??

okay they have this... thing here, it has a big hologram panel alongside some cranks and buttons, with a big table on the front. something like this:

I've seen Ema use it one time to repair her long sleeves and as far as I am aware the sciccors can be controlled as well as the grabby arms.

so I tried using it... it didn't went perfectly, as you can see:

but at least I have pants now! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

after that little experience I trough: "wait this is basically a giant advance tech sewing machine! I can repair clothes so I can probrably create new ones!! ₍₍⚞(˶>ᗜ<˶)⚟⁾⁾"

and with that little spark of an idea I began some experiments... most didn't work out but I at least learned two things about this machine:

the "thread" and "needle" are more akin to a glue and nozel, since the thread is actually some sort of liquid that comes out of the needle and it takes some seconds to harden in place

the thread is VERY potent. (gladly no fingers were taken out)

I will share some of my creations (once I get the gist of this thing) soon.

the very next thing was... 5 different strange, and frankly, scary creatures were all infront of me, one was a cat I think? but not the good kind of cats.

of course I ran, trying to find somewhere, anywhere, safe or at least a room with a lockable door...

when I finally, FINALLY found a room a million, no zillion, throughts were simmering in me

Wh-What are them? Where I am?! is this some sort of prank?... no those... creatures were too realistic to be customes, maybe animatronics? but animatronic don't walk...right??? WHY ME!!?!?

honestly I'm still asking all these questions... maybe more.

"she is a robot?" is what I throught at the moment. "why is a robot here?"

we ended up talking for a while, after she calmed me down. this is how it went:

"the krill?... empire?"

"is a alien empire that raised around 200 years ago after-"

"ok, ok... erm... do you have a name? miss robot?"

"Aidbot 2290 with specilized drawers"

"you look like a Ema... wait why are the ship running away?"

"Because my team robbed your casket, a symbol of one of the east Gaito religions, looking to sell it to profits"

"... so they basically robbed a statue of Jesus? wich was me"

"I don't have a reference for that in my database, but I'll assume that as yes"

"but I was on earth last time I remember... wha-"

"Are you hurt?"

"I-I don't think so... maybe distressed... you are like, a nurse right?"

"Correct"

"do you know anything about pigs?"

"I have 2910 compiled files of pig healthcare on my database"

"Great! can you take a look at Patrick? he's my pig"

she agreed and did a quick check up on him... I guess, I don't know how half of those machines work to be honest.

He's fine, he was just a little scared like me but now he's fine.

like maybe all of you have already guessed, I'm in the Future... well now the present, for me at least. (And Patrick)

Since then I've been avoiding the others, I don't understand what they say and... wait now that I think of it how Ema know what I'm speaking? I mean language changes all the time and- I'll ask her later.
