the lyric "there's an ache in you put there by the ache in me" is just so........like the way you sometimes end up unintentionally hurting someone because of your own pain and the things you refuse to deal with internally so you inevitably keep yourself from healing. instead that hurt just ends up transferring to someone who truly just wants to love you and care for u [head in hands]
