The fact I had time to do some of my own oc art during art fight is crazy to me. However, I needed a bit of a break given how I fell ill at some point and was burnt out. I love Duvet. It’s been fun chatting and hearing how the character developed, and pitching in ideas (this character technically also is a part of my ‘Soberman universe’, but bbYaga gets full custody of him, and has his own little spin off for him.

The Outer Islands
A howling roar of typhoons and thunder spiral in a twisting crescendo. Its powerful currents heave the weight of a thousand islands. Where havens once danced in the harmony of the Heart, now drift alone in the dark. Rogue isles and lost debris collide in the chaos with uncontrollable speeds.
Those who dare step beyond the Heart's Domain, seldom return. The life beyond its cyclone has been corrupted by the plague that threatens it- The Blight. Where its disease seeps into the ground sown, it seeks to take the life that walks on it. Those untouched, adapt to be just as hostile.
Despite the unruly storms, it's safer to hide beneath the thunder. For who knows what lurks above the quiet...

Why is it during the most stressful times my brain decides, yeah, this is the perfect time to start writing a crossover fic about a character from a media you haven’t seen before (but you know a lot of lore from edits, summary videos, and other fics…) with a world you’re just coming back to and the lore has expanded a bit since last time? Anybody else?
In the meantime your other fanfic is rotting in your Google docs and you don’t know how to continue it…

I finally finished it! Well I started this artwork yesterday and finished it last night, but I had to wait for it to dry and take a picture with better lighting…
I've finally come around to watching the last season of MHA, and have about 3 episodes left. So, I just felt compelled to create fanart for the villains.
What started off as me just sketching Dabi ended up being wait what if I add Toga? Okay if I add her, Shiggy should be here too.
I popped out some old supplies here for this. I love painting with my sumi ink + Japanese calligraphy brushes lol.
