I feel like Japanese gives you a bit of a bonus when it comes to “moe,” since you can even enjoy each character’s first-person pronoun. It’s like, “Hmm, so that’s how the translator interpreted them. Ohhh, interesting 😊”

Jim → 僕 boku (until Season 2), 俺 ore (from Season 3 onward, even changed in flashbacks)
David Wallace, Creed, Stanley → 私
Ryan, Kevin, Oscar, Toby, Gabe → 僕
Some general impressions of these pronouns (not always accurate, of course):
私 (for men) → refined, dignified, older, higher status, king-like, intelligent
僕→ serious, gentle, modest, quiet, childlike, cute, sometimes a bit pretentious or sly
俺→ casual, energetic, cool, strong, delinquent-type, leader-like
I feel like Jim switching to 俺 partway through was probably done to create a clearer contrast with Dwight. Nice choice. And Dwight using 僕 really feels influenced by that nerdy, glasses-wearing vibe. Even when he’s being arrogant or saying harsh things, the 僕 makes it kind of cute, and I can’t help but grin 😊
As for female characters, most women end up using 私 by adulthood, so it tends to feel a bit uniform…
