So - i've decided to make a little comic of SJ/Mengyao scene of "Cultivate: Slow Life on a Monster-Infested Mountain (here)"

One of the the things I love most about Kaia's work is their use of depth of field/foreground-middleground-background. There's this wonderful sense of space that draws me in every time!

Also, the way they draw the General makes me go, ah... I want him as a pet for real! That is an anime protagonist's sidekick for sure! (And then we have The Protagonist being just as adorable, but I probably would regret my life a lot more adopting Binghe. Especially as his mother figures didn't fare well in canon. 😱 But man isn't it tempting?)

Please show Kaia love, especially seeing as they spent so much of their LiuShen Week posts working on this one. n_n 💛

It is easy to see how adorable the art of Liu Qingge and Shen Yuan is - but look how gorgeous Tao Ying is!

All of the different layers of leaves and the use of foreground, midground, and background! The beautiful glowing peaches! Ah! It's a fairy tale tree for sure! ✨💛🍑💛✨ It's easy to see why Shen Yuan spends so much time hanging out with Tao Ying. n_n✨
