Hi I’m Kayla! I’m a storyboard artist and writer-director who has worked at most of the major animation studios as a storyboard artist, and who has years of development experience at Cartoon Network as a creator of an original series. Recently I storyboarded the film Chili Finger, starring Bryan Cranston, John Goodman, and Judy Greer, which premiered at SXSW this year.

In this class you will not only learn the fundamentals of storyboarding and cinematic language—you will learn what makes a compelling story and characters, and leave the class with a pitchable deck of your own original pilot/film/comic/game to take to any studio or to potential investors.
