Hello! Yesterday I read the article about Ailee losing 10 kg. She shared a “diet secret” with us, like many other female idols have done. She said: “I felt like I was going to collapse every day. I only ate 500 kcal per day. I ate only two meals a day.” I am sorry but could idols stop sharing their magic tips and secrets? This is not against Ailee (she probably had to diet from her agency) but the kpop diets in general. I hate it if they encourage really bad and dangerous diets like the cup diet or one meal diet. It sure isn’t right if you feel like you are going to collapse! I have this kpop fitspo blog to motivate you with the kpop bodies, but you can surely achieve those bodies with a healthy lifestyle! Please never try these diets, because it isn’t only really unhealthy, the results are also only short term! I wish kpop agency’s would also stop putting their idols on such diets. But there are also idols of course who are on a healthy diet or who don’t have a diet and still look great! Please take good care of yourself and your body!
