I baked gingerbread the other day! 😊 they are sweetened with dates and agave and topped with popped amaranth which makes them actually really healthy and perfect for a quick breakfast 😉 Definitely have to bake them again soon!

Although spring is actually my favourite season of the year, December is my favourite month. There is something special about it as it is the last month before another year starts again. And I think the combination of darkness and cold and all the Christmas lightning is just perfect 🌟

It was a difficult task to choose a restaurant for dinner since there are just so many places offering different kinds of food - plus all the Christmas markets 😥😄 we finally went to an oriental restaurant and the food was amazing!

Exams are finally over and I'm heading to Hamburg to explore the city with my boyfriend. I haven't used the train for quite a long time and now I really look forward for the next six hours sitting in it, glanzing out of the window and watching the nature changing. There is something peaceful about the train's monotonous background noises and the fact that the view changes in less than a second. It is so calming and relaxing to sit in there and travel through the contry without any effort.
