Today , just minutes before I went on stage to sing, I received news that my dear friend Ronald Glover had passed away earlier this week. My heart sank and I froze… then I heard his voice in my head saying, “Go Joe!” He’s always been so supportive of me since I began studying voice 11 years ago. I went on stage and sang my heart out , knowing that’s what he would have wanted. A wonderful colleague and friend. Thank you Ron for blessing my life with your kindness and your heart . The last time I saw Ron was just before he moved to Texas two years ago… he joined me in my concert and we sang together .
