It wasn’t like Flynn ever thought changing the Empire was going to be easy. In fact, he expected a great deal opposition especially from those from nobility. Change was never something people so easily accepted. Once you are set in your ways, it’s hard to break away from what you have grown accustomed to.

And for the nobility who lived a life of luxury, who took advantage and abused the law, Flynn was threatening their very lifestyle.

Truth be told, most people didn’t have a problem with the changes Flynn wanted to make. Most saw the benefits it would have for the Empire overall, but there were certain nobles with a great amount of influence who didn’t like the changes Flynn wanted to implement seeing as it would restrict their own power and control within the Empire, so at every chance they had, they would create roadblocks and reject any proposals Flynn would throw out there.

Ioder did his best, and while there were of course some things would come to pass, the council made it no secret how they had no intentions of cooperating with either him or Ioder on most matters and only gave them a bone for trivial affairs.

What else did he have to do in order to gain the council’s favor?  He has done everything he could think of to appease them while still remaining in line to his morals and what he believe to be right, but no matter what he did, they just refused to cooperate.  And made it seem like they just didn’t like him on a fundamental level.

Flynn sighed and rubbed his temples.  All of this was giving him a headache.  But what more could he really do at this point?  For all of his life, Flynn had always been persistent and stubborn.  He earnestly believed if he worked hard enough, Flynn would be able to reach his goals.  

And up until now, that had always been the case.

But now Flynn was stuck and he had no idea no longer had any idea of what to do.  He was exhausted from not only the amount of hours of work he was putting in daily, but also from the constant rejection he was faced every day with little to no pay off.

Hi I was at Otakon this past weekend. I got home earlier today and napped for a while, but yeah. Now that my next con isn’t until November for Anime NYC, I should have a little more free time again. I still have cosplay projects I wanna work on from now until then so I’ll still be making some new things despite not having to go to a con for a few months but yes.

WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE?: Flynn x Estelle. Come at me. 

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?: I’m open to pretty much anything. I don’t write smut though. I would say I’m sorry, but I’m not. I much prefer cute fluffy things and dramatic scenes over smut anyway, so it all works out for me in the end. 

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?: I don’t really care for age as much. If the mental capacity of both of them are mature enough then I’m just like: Whatever. Rolls with the punches. To me more than anything, I value how the characters interact. I say this, but I doubt Flynn would ever go after someone not within a few years of his age anyway so it’s kinda a moot point. 

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?: Kinda depends. I know my preferences in pairings and while I tend to not write anything off completely, I know where my favoritism lies. Honestly, the only pairing I write off and completely unwilling to ever really write is Fluri (minus the dumb game of chicken I have going on with Minky) 

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NSFW?: There can be making out, a bit of touching, and maybe a shirt being undone, but I probably can’t go much beyond that. 

WHO ARE OTHER MUSES YOU SHIP YOUR MUSE WITH?: The otp of otps is of course with Estelle, but damn my guilty pleasure is definitely Flynn and Judith. Also, Flynn and Sodia is something I dig too. I haven’t really experimented Flynn seeing anyone else in a romantic light since lololol I’m way too faithful to Estelle, but I mean if there’s chemistry there, and things just happen to fall into place, I wouldn’t mind trying it out. 

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?: For it to be mutual, then yes. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU LIKE TO SHIP?: Estelle, all the fucking time. Anyone else I’m like: Yeah, I’m okey. For the most part. 

ARE YOU MULTISHIP?: Yes. While some people I rp with may be within the same universe by default like let’s say stuff I do with Neri on Estelle and then what I do with Minky with her Yuri, then yeah, that’s same verse. But anyone who rps the same character: let’s say someone else does Estelle and is not Neri, they are their own universe. and we will develop our muses in their own way. No man gets left out or behind. 

ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?: I am fiercely passionate about Flystelle, but honestly only ever really does it with a couple of people. For the most part I’m just like “But guys, how about some good healthy friendship?” 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?: If we’re talking Vesperia, it’s obviously Flystelle, but my other otp is Yudith ‘cuz that’s really fucking hot.

“Oh, Flynn! You’re still awake? – You know, staying up so late is bad for your health.” Seeing as she is still up, too, she wonders how qualified she is to be saying so. “Um, so please try to get some rest soon. Otherwise, I’ll worry about you!”

Flynn smiled at Estellise’s concern.  It was nice to know she cared so much for him, but work had to get done regardless.  What was a couple sleepless nights compared to the good of the empire?  Corruption was still running amok in the government and it was up to Flynn to correct it. 

“ Lady Estellise, I thank you for your concern, but I’m fine, ” fine was probably an exaggeration far from the truth but he couldn’t worry Estellise more than he already had.
