Hello,

It's been a while! And what I mean by that is that It's really been a while. So many things happened I graduated and I'm now starting or should I say I've started Med School. Another years of tireless and never ending memorization of things that I'll forget but nonetheless very thankful. I'll be regularly streaming study with me from now on. I hope you support it!

I studied for 4 hrs. today which is a rookie number as compared to how I used to back then but, I think I'm doing just fine for someone who's trying not to be burnt out. I'm still doing my final Internship and I'm so pressured to do well. I don't handle pressure very well especially in a toxic environment. I'm scared that I'll make a mistake, and for someone with ADHD minors errors and mistakes are common. What do I do?

I got into medical school today and am extremely excited and nervous at the same time. Its a super competitive course and I really want to be selected for more opportunities (research/shadowing/etc etc) So, any tips for first years? especially dealing with the vast syllabus and hectic exam schedules while also making time for extracurriculars? it's all seems so intimidating right now 😭

Dear Tommy,

It may have been a little late to post this because it's been a while and I was too busy. On my last day in Alabang, my friends and I decided to have a walk at 3 am (I got dragged, I didn't want to walk). I think I unlocked a core memory, my knees are sore, my back hurts, we ate fastfood at the middle of the night and talked until the sun rises. I don't normally find this kind of things fun because I'd rather sleep than do all that but, I found friends that makes me feel well rested even if my brain is cooked to its core. Therefore, I think it's worth the sleep deprivation.

I passed the exam! And a new semester is starting. Gosh! Time really do fly. This semester will be my last semester, hopefully. I'm claiming it already. Next month, I'll be transferring to a new hospital for my clinical internship rotation. Wish me luck!
