A few weeks back I was finding it hard to 'juggle everything' My Consultant helped me to see that out of everything the one thing I really had control over is what I eat. In 2 weeks I am 8.5lbs lighter and just 10.5lbs away from my new target. There are 5 weigh ins until Christmas and I am on track for getting my Christmas wish. Today has been a fab day on plan. At lunchtime I didn't eat homemade quiche, I had tuna and at tea time I didn't have garlic bread and homemade chocolate cake and cream. This evening I chose to protect my weightloss as that is what I really want deep down. X

So this week I gained 3lb! I haven't been on plan 100% or maybe not even 50 % so I know how it happened. But with 9 weigh ins left and 21lbs needed to reach my new target I have to get my head back in the game.

So I've decided to set a goal in place and this is it! Next year alongside my Dad I'll be running the Cardiff half marathon. It's something that I would have loved to have done this year but I just couldn't fit training in......the have to change now! I'm going to lower my target to 11st 9lbs which will get me my 9 1/2 stone award 😍 and go for my #bodymagic awards too! Yesterday I spent some time ordering prints of photographs to put in frames around the house. Photos bring back memories don't they!! I love our wedding photos and I wouldn't change anything about our special day. I wish I had lost the weight I set out to though...........someone told me that I needed to just accept that i was never going to be a Size 12, I was a BIG girl and I shouldn't set myself up to fail. How I wish I had stood up for myself and dared to dream..........so if you have a dream why not come along and share it with me. A year ago I dared to dream but this time I didn't pay any attention to negative comments - I pulled up my positive pants and with the help, love and support of my consultant and group - I smashed my Size 12 goal! #daretodream #slimmingworld #imagetherapyworks #allinthistogether
