One thing I can say is that you never made me feel like I was less than, and for that I'm thankful. You accepted me as I was and in retrospect that gave me so much strength. It's taken me far too long too love myself, and I'm so sorry to say that I wasted my time with people before you who made me feel like nothing.

I'm feeling especially insane. Maybe it's because it's the two year anniversary of shitty death week and I'm sick and riding the cotton pony. Maybe I'm just tired of always finding myself here, battling these thoughts. I'm just tired and I can't sleep. Maybe I've realized that it's always going to be like this no matter how much I plan and think and think and think.
