Does anyone else's grief feel like physical pain or is it just me?

I fell asleep really early today, I suppose because I was a bit exhausted from not hardly sleeping at all. But when I woke up, at 11pm, my brother asked if he'd said something to upset me. His first thought as to why I was locked away in my room half the day was because he had said something to make me spiral (my family now knows about my poor relationship with food). I never wanted them to feel like they were walking on egg shells with me. I just needed help. And now I wish I'd never told them, because my 13 year old brother blames himself every time I miss dinner.

I miss my best friends.

Is my relationship with food ever going to be healthy?

I can't fucking sleep. I haven't slept for more than two hours in a row in weeks. I'm so exhausted. I'm so tired. I just want to sleep.
