Itâs not even supposed to be possible. Jughead took careful note of peaâs words. They were in a different year and location. Of course, it did not make sense. He wanted to go back to Riverdale too, but the first step was to figure out how they even got into this mess in the first place. Instead of replying to pea, jughead took another sip from his mug. Then, a question left his lips. âWhoâs your roommate?â Maybe this incident was not specific to Riverdale. Maybe something happened to Hawkins to cause this. He jotted down more words onto his notepad. âAsk her if there have been any strange occurrences in this town in the past five years or so...â maybe he was better off going to the library and looking up newspaper clippings or something. However, he didnât want to disregard what anyone had to say.

âDonât act like you donât slip into that creepy ass stare either, Jughead.â Sweet pea rose a brow. Casual seemed the best way to approach the familiar face. Make it less of a panic that sometimes Pea found himself in beyond his line of anger. Pea leaned over, obviously not caring about personal space and rolled his eyes. âOf course Jughead would be working on his next book. âYou better have something to start that on. Iâve been here a week and all that I can find out on this place is some weird shit that happened to the mall a few years ago but no one has any details except rumors.â Pea looked at Jughead as one the smartest one of his friends, not that heâd ever admit that, compared to the other Serpents though it was just a given.
jughead did not seem to mind sweet peaâs presence too much. sure, there was a time when their relationship was somewhat hostile, but now they had more pressing matters on their hands. âitâs a work in progress.â jughead took another sip from his mug. âso youâre actually interested in this? i thought you would be somewhere else doing whatever you do.â his pen was poised on his notepad once again, then looked up at pea. ârumors... thatâs a good starting point. what do you have? tell me everything you heard.â the gears were spinning inside his head. he had an extremely thoughtful expression on his face. he had a feeling this town wasnât normal.
Jughead could not help but notice someone staring at him from across the restaurant. Before, he had resorted to jotting down notes for his next book as well as occasionally sipping on a cup of joe. eventually, curiosity got the best of him, so he stood up and approached the other individual. âYou know, staring at someone across the room is beyond creepy⊠kinda gives off serial killer vibes.â Of course, his remark was not to be taken seriously as it was a joke, according to his odd sense of humor.
Ethel liked working late at the theater, usually, especially when she got to run the projector. It allowed her peace and quiet, to play films that she couldnât play during the day. Tonight, however, was an exception. Sheâd had to play hostess to a late night premiere: Under the Cherry Moon. The theater was empty as could be, save for a small cluster of Prince fangirls and an overeager couple down in front. She couldnât blame people for not showing up, the film wasnât good, but she was unbelievably bored.
When the door opened on her little projection booth, she turned and prepared to talk to her boss about the bad ticket sales. She relaxed, though, upon seeing who it really was. âYouâre not supposed to be up here, yâknow.â she teased, grinning a little.
âWhat do you mean Iâm not supposed to be here? I work here.â He added, âjust not now.â Jughead was somewhat glad to see Ethel. Even though it wasnât apparent on his visage, he was glad to see any familiar face in this town. There was no doubt that a large part of him missed Riverdale. He placed his hands in his pockets. âUnder the Cherry Moon... does anyone even watch that movie?â then, he realized that they were thrown into time where things were a lot simpler. This wasnât an old movie like he remembered; it was the premiere. He looked around at the people eager to watch this movie. âRight, it just came out. This turnout is pretty bad...â

âïŸ*ă»ïŸâcole sprouse, he/him + 18, cismaleââ isnât « jughead jones » totally tubular looking? they seriously remind me of a character from « riverdale ». i started seeing them at « bennyâs burgers » a few « days » ago, humming to the tune of « barracuda + heart » when they think no oneâs looking. also, theyâre like totally known as the « isolato » of town, so iâd keep my eye on them. seriously. â
Tl;dr Jughead: gang leader, aspiring writer, delinquent, full-time smartass
Jughead doesnât know about magic, but he could already tell something is off.Â
Just like in the show, he lives to write about mysterious occurrences such as this. He considers writing about Hawkins his next project. He will find that that this town also has a lot of its own secrets.
He also wants to know how he can get back to riverdale, but it seems like there arenât any clear answers. He doesnât even know how he got to Hawkins in the first place.
Decided to take a job at Hawk Cinema, reminiscent of his days at the twilight drive-in.Â
If not at work, usually seen at the library or Bennyâs burgers, typing away on his laptop or writing away in a notebook
He is making not to get too close to anyone while living in this town in case there are some possible risks involved.
Personality
Has a dark sense of humor
Doesnât meddle in personal drama, but chooses to observe the afflictions of othersÂ
Intelligent, great writerÂ
Has a short temper
However, he doesnât have a desire to harm others and can be an understanding person
Heâs also determined when he has a goal (judging by how he interviews the residents of Hawkins about the current situation)
