Doctors are to black women what police officers are to black men. That may seem controversial but I believe it to be true and I speak from personal experience.

If you've seen this TikTok you know that a 2016 study showed that 50% of medical students and residents thought that black people couldn't feel pain the same as white people.

And we learned from this video that because of a 1999 study, to this day, there's a black correction factor for the creatinin levels in black people's kidneys, meaning we're less likely to recieve a kidney transplant if needed.

So if you go to a doctor, feel you aren't getting proper treatment or they refuse the treatment you've requested, say to them the following:

If you weren’t already going to spread this advice because black women are at risk, then spread it because it’s applicable to everyone else as well, including you reading this.

Same goes for the people I saw just the other day whose discord server explicitly disallowed "Yaoi" but said that M/M content was allowed. What they meant was "M/M content is allowed as long as it isn't pornographic and fetishistic." What they actually said was "M/M content is allowed, but M/M content is strictly forbidden," and expected you to understand that the Japan-Adjacent term has porn/fetish connotations while the English-language term for THE SAME THING refers to the "normal, non-perverted" version.

Is Klavier Gavin German? Is he just pretending? Who knows! I’m not here to tell you your headcanons! But I am here to say that Klavier’s in-game German (at least in AA4, I’m not touching the other games) is nearly entirely correct, so he must have some knowledge of the language. You don’t? Well I’m here to help! I’m German from a mostly German family, I have lived here for 27 of my 30 years, and I work with GER-ENG translations.

I’ve put together a whole bunch of either things I’ve seen around the fandom and would like to correct, or things I just figure might be useful for fic writers, comic writers, et cetera. Lastly, if this seems like way too much effort for writing about gay lawyers and you’d rather keep using Google Translate, I genuinely, wholeheartedly, cannot and do not want to stop you. German is a silly and difficult language and fanworks are supposed to be fun. If any snooty German ever gets on your case about whatever Klavier said in your work, eat them.
