Endo wakes up a bit after, watching for a moment, seeing just how cute his little cherry blossom is... and he gets a little excited again.
So he follows after the boy and pretends to behave as they both brush their teeth—but as soon as they're done, he picks Sakura up like a princess and gleefully hops his way back to bed, laughing fondly at the younger's groggy whines while gently laying him down on the mattress.
"Endo... I'm still tired..." Sakura drawls out while rubbing at one of his eyes adorably, coaxing out a coo from Endo.
"Oh, baby, you've been so good to me," whispers Endo into his ear, giving him a sweet kiss onto his cheek before scooting back, lifting the oversized shirt he lent Sakura to expose his bare, lower body before shuddering at the gorgeous view as he eagerly licks his lips. "Don't worry, I'll make you feel so good and comfortable you'll fall right back asleep..."
He's taken by complete surprise, however, when Sakura lets out a sleepy grunt and actually spreads his legs open for him, tugging Endo down by the back of his neck to bring his face closer between his thighs, and grumbling, "You'd better."

Taking a moment to appreciate just how fucking gorgeous Endo is. Like whatever you feel about him as a character, he's arguably one of the prettiest characters in WBK. Thank the stars he isn't sane of mind or straight cus Satoru Nii would've made him too strong. And honestly? Love that for him even more. Such a big fan of this mentally ill pretty boy and his unhinged obsession with Sakura. I hope the current arc has him all over our feral kitty boy. I need him looking so besotted and dripping with manic love. And the best part of that would be that Sakura would most likely allow him to be all touchy feely? Like Endo's draping an arm over Sakura's shoulders? The younger boy will probably grumble a little, but you'd catch just a hint of pink in his cheeks as he allows the close contact??
To me, the boys of WBK are some kind of girly pop and honestly wishing there were more platonic fics with them. The scenarios and ideas are so endless and fun. I want to gossip and giggle with them.
In the nicest way possible, I really don't get how most folks write Endo to be suave and cool when this is literally him. Like, pre-Sakura effect, this bitch is unhinged with his emotions. Downright disturbing with his affection. He rambles like a madman. The unhealthiest epitome of "slavish devotion". His so-called "charm" and "charisma" are all surface level and basically things he picked up and learned simply for keeping up appearances when needed.
Post-Sakura effect, he's still so manic, completely and hopelessly enamored with Sakura and Takiishi. Like, I'm honestly on board with him and Takiishi improving somehow as people since that's like the whole essence of Windbreaker,but the fact that he'd still be kind of mental is something I adore because that's his core charm: Off his fucking rockers but oh so devoted it's almost unsettling....(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡
