So when I'm in a deep sleep (well it's not really sleeping 'cuz my mind was awake but my body was asleep), I kinda feel my body vibrating while rolling left and right when being completely still and sometimes I even lose my hearing. I've been attempting to shift since March 2024, and it used to happen like, once a month or so without me trying (this started happening after I got into shifting) and now I can do it on command. Idk if this has to do with shifting please let me know what to do next I need to get to my Countryside DR for some horseback riding!!!
