6x 20 sec. @assaultairbike intervals for max wattage every 2 minutes. I would say these sucked, but it's a becoming a weekly habit at this point. This was followed by another 45 minutes of interval misery, some of which truly challenged my mental state and caused me to scream obscenities at my coach @heaveyduty --- I use days like this to keep in mind how much I love training my weaknesses. I by no means have the "right" size, background, or level of conditioning to be an elite exerciser, but I always keep in mind a post that @nathanholiday put up on Facebook some time ago about embracing your weaknesses and channeling them in to a place of POSITIVITY and GROWTH. So when people ask me how I feel about sprint intervals, thrusters, burpees, pull-ups, handstands and all the other things I "suck" at, all I have to say is that I FUCKING LOVE THEM ALL #TooTall #TrainBIG #HeaveyDuty @crossfit_626 (at CrossFit 626)
