Professor Judgeeee 🤤🤤🤤 Imagine being called to his office for a meeting while he’s grading papers…

He has a little reading lamp as the main light source in the badly lit room, and there’s a glint in his eyes when his gaze falls upon you,

the warm, yellowish glow of the lamp making him look dreamlike as he smiles at you –and you swear you can see the faintest hint of a rosy blush on his face– but you don’t say anything as he invites you to sit down.

…How could you even consider saying that to him? He’s been nothing but kind and respectful towards you, keeping in mind his obvious eccentricities and all the rumours surrounding him: as far as you know, he’s your funny, charming, enthusiastic history professor, who you, embarassingly, have a huge crush on. And as long as you manage to keep that a secret, you’ll be able to power through all of these increasingly more frequent meetings with him. In his office. Just the two of you, gossiping, laughing, alone. 

You sit. Holden hands you a paper, laughing at the messy wording and the poor citations. You force a smile, and you try your best not to “accidentally” touch his hand grabbing it.

You’ll die of a lovesick heart before this semester ends.
