He can’t live, not without Miles.

He needs him, aches. Every second that Miles isn’t in Alexs’ presence, he felt like he was slowly melting away from society.

Alex couldn’t bear it, he had to get out.

So he quickly jumped out of his bled through sheets, slipping off his shirt, hurrying to put on a fresh t-shirt– no longer his uniform, no longer pure.

He needs to snap out of it, not go do whatever he lustfully desires in those odd fantasies that he had at night, constantly, actually.

In thought, Alex suddenly came to a stop. Staring at the stranger in the mirror.

His hair messy, style more grungy like the posters of rockstars he used to have hanging in his childhood bedroom: some pieces Miles having quickly stuffed, not so accidentally, from his own closet. He twirled the chain hung on the side of his pants around his finger. He didn’t recognize himself. He hated how good it felt to miss a midnight and morning prayer for the first time, ever. Miles had trapped Alex right under him, is putting a curse on him so Alex would betray his Lord.

As his thoughts grew dark, his eyes threatening to tear up, he quickly rushed to open the door. Banging it shut behind himself. He had noticed the letter of notice from the School council, from all the taking apart his whole dorm last night: choosing to ignore it, Miles more important than the harmony of his life.

He rushed, stomping down the halls with the odd new boots he had found in the bag Miles gave him. It was the middle of the day, Alex rushing through the crowd of faithful priests in learning and for the first time in his life, he was the sinner.

He ran through groups of people, even walking past and fully ignoring his friends’ confused stares at his suddenly different look. Obviously he wouldn’t keep it, he looked like a homosexual. That was just a one time thing, Miles had mixed up their clothes all spread out on the floor. Finally, he ran out of the door, heading put of the gate and straight into the quite empty city: since everyone was either at work or school.

He finally let himself slow, panting as he finally came to a stop and let himself gather his breath. Looking up at the bar– that definitely ruined his life and faith- and going inside.
